Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of orders being placed Monday through Friday before 12 noon EST. Orders placed after noon on Friday 12 noon EST will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Delivery Times
You will normally receive your order within 3-7 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the shipping carrier’s website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. HUNYULE is not responsible for any shipping delays.
Where We Ship
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories for a specific range of our products when they have a US zip code. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer.
Important Shipping Information
HUNYULE is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your used item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date the products were received.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, however, the original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Damaged Items
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at eam@hunyule.com.
To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
Shipping Errors
We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, so if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll work to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away at team@hunyule.com.
Reselling Products
It’s important to note that HunYule customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors and do no accept returns from orders on those marketplaces.
