Refund Policy

Return 

 

30 days return policy If you're looking to return your order. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date the products were received. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee. The items have to be unused and in original condition. 

 

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, however, the original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Damaged Item

 

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at junginfg84@gmail.com.

 

To help resolve the issue, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.

 

Shipping errors 

We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, so if you receive an incorrect item, we’ll work to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away at junginfg84@gmail.com.

Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.

 

Reselling Products

It’s important to note that HunYule customers are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. We, therefore, cannot endorse the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.
