• Start with a clean and dry face.
• In the evening only, dot the cream on your forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, and neck.
•  Gently massage the cream into your skin in upward, circular motions. Be sure to avoid the eye area.
•  For first-time retinol users, apply the cream 2–3 times per week to allow your skin to adjust. Gradually increase to nightly use as tolerated.
